Returns

We give you the opportunity to return items to us. Please note, however, that an agreement with your representative or with a customer service person must have been concluded before sending us the details of your returns.

Please note that when you return functional items to us, these will be resold; it is therefore important that the items are in excellent condition and that they are returned in the original unmarked or damaged boxes.
